Rebuilt Systems

Glow Research provides rebuilt plasma systems with our own software control/touch screen so we can provide long term support.  See our videos below on the March PM-600 and March PX-250 systems with our own software control below.  We also provide rebuilt March PX-1000  systems with our control systems.

Glow Research has taken over the world wide parts and service support for several of the older plasma systems from Nordson MARCH Plasma Systems, Inc. (March Plasmod, Super Plasmod, PM-600 and Jupiter RIE systems).

This agreement allows Glow Research the ability to offer warranties on our rebuilt March systems.
